How long does it take?

Do I need to be registered?

Yes! This lets you save your layout for future uses.

How do I create a layout?

Your account page has a link to the Personalization Worksheet where you can create a new layout.

How do I change my layout once it's online?

Go to your account page and follow the links to manage your layouts.

Can I have more than one layout?

Yes. Be sure to give them names that will help you remember which is which.

How do I use my layouts on products?

View your shopping cart and use the pull-down menu next to each product to indicate the layout you want printed on your products.

How long do I have to complete my layout?

You can take your time creating your layout, saving it to work on later if you need to. You can access it again through your Account Page. We will start working as soon as you send us an order which uses it.

When will I be charged for my layout?

You will be charged for a layout the first time you use it on a product. After that, you will pay only for the print fee.

What happens once I submit my personalization worksheet?

We will layout your information, contacting you by email or phone if we have questions. Within 2 business days we will notify you by email with instructions for viewing your layout. You can either approve the layout or request changes.
