will let your web-savvy clients view your schedule and book their
own appointments at their convenience...when they are thinking about
you. Your time is freed up to focus on building your business and
working directly with your clients.
Appointment-Plus
lets you schedule appointments on the hour, half hour, or quarter
hour. Or, it can be set up to only allow appointments to be scheduled
at specific times. It's easy for your clients to set up 1 hour,
1/2 hour, or 1 1/2 hour sessions as well as to select from a
menu of techniques available if you wish to differentiate.
For clients who prefer to book their appointments by phone, you
can enter the appointments yourself, keeping your master schedule
online. You can view, schedule, change, or cancel appointments,
and print at any time to have your master schedule handy.
The
system will automatically e-mail your customers prior to their appointments,
freeing you from making reminder calls. If you choose, the system
can also automatically e-mail customers who have not made appointments
in a while.
Appointment-Plus
is easy to use and very affordable. It comes with a full website,
or can be easily integrated into an existing one. For
a reasonable additional fee, you can
choose to customize either your template website or the online
receptionist facility, for example you could add a downloadable
intake history form on the website for your clients.
